The market is open rain or shine from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. There is no cancellation policy and no refunds. To reserve a date, please complete the application below. Please allow 24-48 hours for your reservation to be processed.  Once payment is received, dates will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 

 

FARMERS MARKET GUIDELINES:

• Set up: The setup time for merchants is between 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.

• Take down: After the market ends at 1:00 p.m.

• Location: 55 W. Angela St.

• Space: 10’ x 10’, 

• What's included: A table will be provided. The merchant is responsible for bringing chairs and a tent. 

• Fees: 

  • Downtown Business/Non-Profit: $150

  • Non-Downtown Business: $250

 

Rules and Regulations:

• Reservations made through the PDA are for informational purposes only and are not meant to compete directly with existing brick-and-mortar businesses on Angela Street.

  • Examples of informational industries include:

  • Educational institutions promoting courses, degrees, and programs to prospective students

  • Nonprofit organizations raising awareness about social issues, health concerns, and community events

  • Financial services firms offering educational content about investment strategies and retirement planning

  • Technology companies sharing insights on product features, updates, and cybersecurity best practices

• Goods or services for sale must NOT be agricultural, consumable, or competing with other Farmers Market vendors

  • If you want to learn more about selling consumable goods at the Pleasanton Farmers Market, please contact the Pacific Coast Farmers Market Association for more information and assistance.

• No alcohol or tobacco products are permitted.

• At this time, we are not currently accepting retail vendors.

• The PDA and Pacific Coast Farmers Market Association have the right to restrict the sale of any items/products in competition with market vendors or items deemed inappropriate.

• Respectful and considerate vendor interaction is highly appreciated at the farmers' market. Please engage only with visitors who approach your booth. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a positive market experience for everyone
