The Summer Sizzles in Downtown Pleasanton. The 1st Wednesday Street Party of July 6 from 6-9pm will celebrate Red, White and Blue. Enjoy live music, children’s activities, food trucks, a beer and wine garden and 150 vendors.
• MUSIC, MUSIC & MUSIC – Rock out with Stereo Bounce in the Entertainment Garden from 6-9pm. They’ll be playing today’s hits and some oldies too! ClubSport of Pleasanton will have UJAM instructors leading dance moves at 7:30pm. Also, enjoy live music from Garage Band Academy and Come As You Are bands on the north and south ends of Main Street.
• BEER & WINE GARDEN – Along with the family friendly Entertainment Garden at 530 Main Street, adults 21 years of age and older can enjoy the live music inside the Beer and Wine Garden. Handles on Main will be pouring their craft beer. Elliston Vineyards and Naumann Vineyards will be serving up their best varietals by the glass.
• KID ZONE – New this year presented by The Alameda County Fair! A trackless train, face painting, balloon twisting, a pony, a video game truck and much more! Princesses and other favorite characters from Storybook Smiles will visit with children and pose for pictures. Find all the fun on St. Mary Street.
• FOOD, FOOD, FOOD! – Get ready to indulge in some of the best street eats of the bay area. Food Truck Mafia will feature four new trucks each month at 1st Wednesday Street Parties to meet your foodie needs. In July, enjoy food from 3 Brother’s Kitchen, Little Red Riding Truck, Smoke Poutinerie and Chick n Chill. Indulge in sweet treats from downtown vendors Primrose Bakery and Noland’s Cake Shop. Or relax and take a seat on one of our beautiful restaurant patios.
